To answer your question about what Thornton does all day, Thornton is a nocturnal creature.
He does need to exercise and as he lives in a cage he does have a wheel which he loves! He also gets to run around. We have to be very careful though, because we have dogs who would love to eat him! They are his only predators in our house.
